Our Story - Market Street Brasserie
Market Street Brasserie is a brainchild of two passionate people.
Nelson, General Manager at the Market Street Brasserie, has more than a decade of experience in hospitality. He combines his professional experience with invaluable knowledge gained through the MSc in Management to lead the organisation.
His passion lies in giving guests the best possible experience, and he and his team would go extra mile to make your visit to the Market Street Brasserie special.

Before co-founding the Market Street Brasserie, Robin, Chef Patron, had been working in various 5-star hotels including a famous and opulent Taj hotel in Mumbai, as a Head Chef at Le Méridien Piccadilly, and at various esteemed restaurants in London.
“It all started in London with its unique and rich gastronomy in my early years crafting alongside great chefs in real professional kitchens; and this is how I developed and mastered my culinary skills. It is through many years of experience the idea of a modern European restaurant was born.”
